Planning and building in Northern California is remarkably expensive and time consuming. I purchased grapes from the Saggio Hills vineyard in 2011 (now called Montage Healdsburg project), and they were hoping to break ground for this project in 2012. It is now 2020, and the project has not been completed. (North Bay Business Journal)
